We expected a slow start. We were wrong. On October 1, 2025, we officially launched Stratigo Sports Business, and we're already seeing strong interest in our services.
Elite sports clubs, leagues and federations face huge opportunities, and challenges, beyond the game itself. Digitalization is accelerating, audience expectations are rising and the competition for partners' attention is intensifying. At the same time, many clubs lack the resources and expertise to realize their full potential. Things are simply moving too slowly, and organizations are missing out on revenue every single day.
That's where we come in.
That's why we're already looking for people who want to grow with us from the start. This isn't a traditional hire for a ready-made role. Instead, we're looking for individuals with the right mindset who can come in and shape their own role as we take on more engagements together.
Mindset comes first. Skills and experience follow close behind.
We believe the right people with the right attitude can take on different challenges and grow into our business. At the same time, experience in our four focus areas, Digital strategy & development, Commercial growth, Data-driven marketing or Analytics, data & AI, is valuable.
Maybe you're a specialist in one area who wants to sharpen your edge even further, or you're curious to broaden your horizons.
Or maybe you're a generalist who can contribute broadly but wants to go deeper.
Perhaps you're a consultant who wants to help build something together with us.
Or you work in sport today but want to take the next step commercially and strategically.
Whatever your exact background, if you have the right mindset and relevant experience, we want to hear from you now, and to keep you in mind as we grow.
We're not primarily looking for a specific background or a set number of years in the industry. We're looking for the right mindset:
๐ฏ The strategic problem-solver
๐ The growth driver
๐ค The relationship builder
๐ก The curious innovator
Mindset first, CV second. But if you recognize yourself in the following, you'll feel at home with us:
With many years of experience in the business of elite sport, we help clubs, leagues and federations bring together strategy, implementation and analysis. We have proven experience in organizational development within complex stakeholder environments. Our strength lies in understanding the different interests and priorities of stakeholders, and translating insights into rights, sales, partnerships and business-driving communication.
Stratigo is the strategic and operational partner to leadership and staff for sustainable business growth, from advisory to measurable results.
We combine industry-specific experience with operational execution. As a full-service partner, we take responsibility from strategic direction to creative production, implementation and systematic analysis, always tailored to the organization's goals.
We understand the complexity of elite sport: matches, competitions, fans, members, athletes, partners, venues and more all demand time and focus. That puts strategic development at risk of moving slowly or not happening at all, sometimes simply because of skills gaps, especially in commercial development and digitalization.
You'll work in one or more of these areas depending on your profile and experience:
Bespoke strategy for profitability and long-term growth
Long-term business development for maximized revenue
Targeted communication based on data
Data insights as the basis for well-founded decisions
Scope: Full-time or part-time. We're open to different arrangements if you have the right "Stratigo profile"
Location: Remote, with travel depending on engagements
Start: By agreement
Send us an email with a short description of yourself based on the questions below, and feel free to attach your CV.
1. Why this? What attracts you to developing elite sports organizations?
2. Your mindset: Give concrete examples of how you think strategically and deliver operationally.
3. Your superpower: Which of our four areas makes your heart beat a little faster, and why?
Send to: contact@stratigosportsbusiness.com
Deadline: December 31, 2025
We look forward to hearing from you!
